Osama Almanastirly, PT, DPT, OCS, is the Founder and CEO of Go Physical Therapy. He is a dedicated clinician whose treatment philosophy embraces a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person—not just the pain. His comprehensive method integrates manual therapy, exercise therapy, and Mulligan mobilizations to provide effective, personalized care.

Since 2010, Osama has pursued his passion for treating musculoskeletal, postoperative, and sports-related conditions. He also has specialized expertise in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and vestibular rehabilitation.

Osama earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in New York and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science degree at Andrews University in Michigan and is working toward certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).
