Osama Almanastirly, PT, DPT, OCS, is the Founder and CEO of Go Physical Therapy. He is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist who takes a holistic approach to care—treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. His personalized treatment plans often combine manual therapy, exercise therapy, and Mulligan mobilizations to achieve optimal outcomes.

With over a decade of experience since 2010, Dr. Almanastirly has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. He also has advanced expertise in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and vestibular rehabilitation.

He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in New York and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science degree at Andrews University and working toward certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Outside of work, Dr. Almanastirly enjoys staying active through soccer, running, and swimming.
